Proportional Electoral Votes: A Fairer System?

Okay, let’s keep the Electoral College. Let’s just take a hammer to it and reshape it

Example: Missouri’s vote distribution was 39.8% Democrat and 57.5% Republican. With 10 Electoral votes, if the percentage of Electoral vote awarded was proportional instead of winner take all, Missouri’s 10 Electoral votes would have been broken down as 4 for the Democrats and 6 for the Republicans.

Doing this countrywide, Democrats would have won the 2024 election 278 to 260 Electoral votes.

Pretty simple math. Drastically different course for the country.
